Silver Package Exclusions
To ensure clarity and a smooth experience, the following tasks are not included in the Silver Package:
Cake Cutting: The Coordinator will not cut the wedding cake. This responsibility should be assigned to the caterer or venue staff.
Food Service and Cleanup: The Coordinator does not serve food, fill drinks, or bus tables. The Client should coordinate with the caterer or venue staff to manage these duties.
Our Silver Package is designed to provide elevated support for your wedding day while maintaining clear roles and responsibilities for everyone involved.
Silver Package: Wedding Coordination Services
By selecting our Silver Package, you entrust us to handle your wedding day with precision and care. Our role as your Wedding Coordinator includes:
Wedding Rehearsal Management: The Coordinator will lead your wedding rehearsal the evening before the ceremony, ensuring everyone knows their roles and the event runs smoothly.
Day-of Coordination: We will manage all aspects of the wedding day, creating a clear timeline that outlines key moments during our time onsite.
Vendor Oversight: We’ll ensure all vendors arrive on time and are fully set up before guests begin arriving.
Venue Decoration: The Coordinator, along with the vendors, will be the sole party responsible for decorating the venue. Family members or guests of the Client are not permitted to assist, ensuring a seamless and professional setup.
Event Cues: From guiding the bridal party during ceremony and reception entrances to coordinating with the DJ, we’ll manage all event transitions for a smooth flow.
Décor Cleanup: The Coordinator will handle the cleanup of all Client-provided décor, ensuring items are neatly packed into their designated tubs and ready to be loaded into vehicles.
